Qualcomm collaborates with ecosystem partners to launch "AI Acceleration Program"

On September 24, 2025, the Snapdragon SummitChina officially opened. Qualcomm, together with GTI, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Xiaomi, Honor, vivo, OPPO, ZTE, Longqi Technology, Huqin Technology, Luxshare Precision, and Mianqi Intelligent, jointly launched the "AI Acceleration Plan". Akash Palkhiwala, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Qualcomm, stated that three major development trends of personal AI, physical AI, and industrial AI are emerging globally. Through the "AI Acceleration Plan", Qualcomm will work with Chinese partners to enable more AI capabilities and optimizations on smartphones, introduce intelligent body AI experiences to more terminals, and collaborate with Chinese model providers and developers to explore and implement more AI application cases together.
