Rongxin Culture (301231.SZ) subsidiary Rongchuang Rongying intends to acquire 51% equity of Uxue Baby.

Zhichuan Finance APP News, Rongxin Culture (301231.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xi'an Rongchuang Rongying Education and Culture Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Rongchuang Rongying"), plans to use its own funds of 16.32 million yuan to purchase 42% and 9% of the shares of Wuhan Youxue Baobei Picture Book Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Youxue Baobei") respectively held by Bian Jikang and Ma Li, and to pay the investment funds in installments. After this transaction is completed, Rongchuang Rongying will hold 51% of the shares of Youxue Baobei, and Youxue Baobei will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
