Zhijing Finance and Economics APP News, Hongta Securities (601236.SH) announced that the company's shareholder Yunnan Province Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuntou Group"), holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to transfer its 817 million shares of the company (accounting for 17.33% of the total share capital of the company) to its subsidiary Yunnan Yuntou Investment Operation Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuntou Investment") on July 17, 2023. On August 9, 2023, Yuntou Group and Yuntou Investment signed the "Share Transfer Agreement of Hongta Securities Co., Ltd.". On September 23, 2025, the company received a notice from Yuntou Group regarding the termination of the non-public agreement share transfer. Yuntou Group and Yuntou Investment have reached an agreement to cancel the previously signed "Share Transfer Agreement of Hongta Securities Co., Ltd." and terminate the non-public agreement share transfer transaction and related follow-up work.
