"Blue Book": By the end of 2028, the total number of new terminals and devices supporting Beidou in our country will exceed 400 million sets.

On September 24th, the results of the 4th Beidou Large-scale Application International Summit were released during a press conference. The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology released a "Beidou Industry Development Blue Book" on behalf of the summit organizing committee. By 2024, China's satellite navigation and positioning service industry, with Beidou at its core, is expected to reach a total output value of 575.8 billion yuan. The "Blue Book" predicts that Beidou applications will create a market of over one billion users in the future, and by the end of 2028, the total number of Beidou-supported terminals and devices in China is expected to exceed 400 million units, with smart phones and wearable devices in the mass consumer sector becoming the main drivers of these applications.
