According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on September 24, the "200 Index of Wholesale Prices of Agricultural Products" was 118.78, an increase of 0.50 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" Index of Wholesale Prices was 119.70, an increase of 0.58 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural product wholesale market was 19.60 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; beef was 66.16 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.3% from yesterday; mutton was 61.63 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from yesterday; eggs were 8.49 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; white strip chicken was 17.96 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.1% from yesterday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.08 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.0% from yesterday; the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 7.00 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.3% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 21.17 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.9% from yesterday; grass carp was 14.38 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.2% from yesterday; white crucian carp was 10.24 yuan/kg, an increase of 2.3% from yesterday; bighead carp was 41.40 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.2% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five with the highest price increases compared to yesterday were pineapple, lettuce, oyster mushroom, zucchini, and green beans, with increases of 6.1%, 5.0%, 4.7%, 3.4%, and 3.1% respectively; the top five with the highest price decreases were grass carp, celery, duck pear, leek, and spinach, with decreases of 2.2%, 1.6%, 1.5%, 1.2%, and 1.1% respectively.
