Bank of Montreal (BMO.US) considers selling $6 billion worth of its U.S. branch assets.

According to the financial news app Zhitong Finance, citing sources familiar with the matter, the Bank of Montreal (BMO.US) in Canada has recently initiated the process of selling some of its US branches, which collectively hold about $6 billion in deposits. Additionally, these branches may also include loan assets.
