TrendForce consultancy: as the National Day holiday approaches, major LCD TV panel manufacturers plan to lower capacity utilization rates to ensure stable operations.

According to the latest survey by TrendForce, it was revealed that the demand for LCD TV panels will slow down in the fourth quarter of 2025. Major panel manufacturers such as BOE, CSOT, and HKC plan to shut down their main production bases for TV panels during the Chinese National Day holiday. Based on TrendForce's current model for estimating the operating rate of LCD TV panel production lines, the operating rate in October will decrease by six percentage points from the manufacturers' planned rate in August, dropping to 79%.
