The semiconductor equipment sector continues to rise, with Changchun Technology's 20cm2 consecutive board rise. Previously, Zhangjiang High-Tech and Hongtian Shares hit the daily limit, while Huahai Qingke, Micro-Nano Tech, Xidian Tech, Shanghai New Yang, Shengmei Shanghai, Jingyi Equipment, Tokun Tech, and others all rose by more than 10%.
