Alibaba publicly integrates integrated circuit and chip packaging patents.

Enterprise Check APP shows that recently, Alibaba Limited Company's patent for "integrated circuit components and chip packaging structures" has been published. The patent abstract from Enterprise Check shows that the integrated circuit components include: a first wafer bare chip, forming multiple computing units, the multiple computing units are used to perform logical operations in parallel; a second wafer bare chip, overlapping with the first wafer bare chip, forming multiple access control units in the second wafer bare chip; wherein each computing unit corresponds to the multiple access control units, each computing unit sends at least one data access instruction to at least one access control unit, so that each access control unit responds to the corresponding data access instruction to perform data access.
