Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ningde Times, has established multiple technology companies.

According to the Qichacha app, Guizhou Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Yongcan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Its business scope includes: the sale of new energy vehicles; operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure; and sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities. The company is wholly owned by Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ningde Times. Qichacha shows that recently, Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd. has also invested in and established technology companies in Kunming, Shaoxing, and other places.
