According to the Qichacha APP, in recent days, Ant Yizhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Chai Dongkai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes information technology consulting services, big data services, information system operation and maintenance services, etc. Shareholding penetration by Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Ant Financial Group Co., Ltd.
