The peripheral circulation of Typhoon Bujisa caused astonishing rainfall in Taiwan. Yesterday, the Ma Tai An River in Hualien, Taiwan, overflowed and washed away the bridge over the Ma Tai An River. The latest statistics show that 14 people have died, 18 people were injured, and many are missing.
