S.P.I. announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that due to the No. 10 Typhoon warning signal caused by severe weather on the morning of September 24, the expected global sales schedule as stated in the prospectus and official notice will be delayed accordingly. It is expected that the stock will start trading on September 30.
