Zhimedia Finance APP News, ClearMed (01406) announced that on September 22, 2025, the company, as the defendant, received a writ of summons dated September 19, 2025, issued by the plaintiff Xie Weiye at the High Court of Hong Kong Original Court against the company, with case number HCMP 1627/2025. The plaintiff was a former executive director, whose position was revoked by the board of directors on August 1, 2025, in accordance with Article 86(4) of the company's Articles of Association. Additionally, the plaintiff was also dismissed at the company's extraordinary general meeting held on September 23, 2025. Such dismissal does not affect the validity of the board of directors' decision to revoke his position under Article 86(4).
