The company received a letter from the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange on September 23, 2025, notifying the company that the Listing Committee has reviewed the company's situation and decided that the company has not been able to maintain a sufficient operational scale and sufficient value assets to support its operations, and has not met the requirements of Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules, and is therefore not suitable for listing. The Listing Committee has therefore decided to maintain the listing decision, and suspend the trading of the company's shares in accordance with Rule 6.01(3) of the Listing Rules.
