Liaoning Provincial Government signs strategic cooperation framework agreement with Yajiaow Bay National Laboratory.

On September 23, the Liaoning provincial government and the Yajianwan National Laboratory signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shenyang, and held a ceremony to unveil the Shenyang Grains and Oil Crop Experiment Base. According to the agreement, Liaoning province and the Yajianwan National Laboratory will innovate the research cooperation mechanism, focusing on collaboration in areas such as grains and oil crops, and livestock and poultry breeding. The Shenyang Grains and Oil Crop Experiment Base, built relying on Shenyang Agricultural University, will mainly undertake the research, experiments and demonstrations of the Yajianwan National Laboratory's research teams on rice, corn, soybeans, and other related fields. It will be established as a comprehensive body integrating modern agricultural technology innovation, new technology and achievements demonstration, industrial research and development, education and popular science training in one, embodying multiple functions.
