Zhito Finance APP News, Kostad (002518.SZ) disclosed the 2025 stock option incentive plan (draft), the company plans to grant a total of 7.4892 million stock options to incentive recipients, including an initial grant of 6.4892 million stock options, with an exercise price of 30.26 yuan per share. The total number of incentive recipients for the initial grant is 476 people. The incentive plan is valid from the date of completion of the first registration of the stock option until the date when the incentive recipients exercise all or cancel the stock options granted, with a maximum duration of not more than 60 months.
