On September 23, Ping An Bank announced that, with approval from relevant regulatory authorities, it recently issued the "Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. 2025 First Tranche Green Financial Bonds" in the national interbank bond market. This bond was bookbuilt on September 19, 2025 and was fully issued on September 23, 2025. The issuance size of this bond is 30 billion RMB, with a fixed interest rate for a 3-year period at 1.78%. The raised funds will be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals for green industry projects specified in the "Green Bonds Support Project Catalog."
