On September 23, China Resources Land announced that Guo Shiqing resigned as Executive Director, member of the Executive Committee, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary from September 23, 2025 due to other work arrangements, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as specified in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board further announced that Hao Zhongming has been appointed as Executive Director and member of the Executive Committee from September 23, 2025; Zhao Wei has been appointed as Executive Director, member of the Executive Committee, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and authorized representative.
