China Resources Land: Zhao Wei appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the company

China Resources Land announced on September 23 that Guo Shiqing resigned as an executive director, member of the Executive Committee, Chief Financial Officer, and Company Secretary, and no longer served as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to other work arrangements, effective September 23, 2025. The Board further announced that, effective September 23, 2025, Hao Zhongming has been appointed as an executive director and member of the Executive Committee, while Zhao Wei has been appointed as an executive director, member of the Executive Committee, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and authorized representative.
