The proposal to elect Song Xiaodong as a non-executive director of the bank will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. Song Xiaodong's qualifications as a director are subject to approval by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and his term as a director is three years, starting from the date of approval of his qualifications by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Starting from the date of Song Xiaodong's appointment, Ding Xiangming will no longer serve as a non-executive director of the bank and as a member of the relevant board committees due to a job transfer.
