The Bank of China announced on September 17, 2020 that the company issued a 10-year fixed-rate subordinated capital bond with a scale of 60 billion RMB. According to the terms of the prospectus for this bond issuance, the issuer has the right to fully redeem the bonds on the last day of the fifth interest payment year of this bond. As of the date of this announcement, the company has exercised the redemption right and fully redeemed this bond.
