Bank of China: Fully redeemed 60 billion yuan of Tier 2 capital bonds.

Announcement from Bank of China, on September 17, 2020, the company issued a 10-year fixed-rate capital bonds with a total amount of 60 billion RMB. According to the relevant provisions of the bond prospectus, the bond issuer has the redemption right, and has the right to fully redeem the bonds on the last day of the fifth interest-paying year of this bond. As of the date of this announcement, the company has exercised the redemption right and fully redeemed the bonds.
