Merchants Nanyou: Subsidiary to build a new 9,500 cubic meter ethylene ship for 365 million yuan.

Announcement of CCCC South Oil, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Shanghai Changshi Shipping Co., Ltd., will build a new 9,500 cubic meter ethylene ship at a contract price of 365 million yuan with its related party, CCCC Industrial Group Yangzhou Dingheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. It is expected to be delivered in the first half of 2028.
