The State Council and the Central Military Commission recently promulgated the "Regulations on the Management of Military Land", which will come into effect on November 1, 2025. The regulations aim to strengthen the management of military land, protect and rationally utilize military land, safeguard the needs of national defense and military construction land, and provide basic resource support for consolidating national defense and strengthening the military.
