GuoLin Technology Announcement: The European Commission has announced the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of Chinese acetic acid products. The products involved in the case produced by GuoLin in Xinjiang are subject to a 57.30% anti-dumping duty, while other Chinese companies involved in the case are subject to anti-dumping duties ranging from 29.20% to 124.90%. The anti-dumping measures will take effect from the date of the announcement and will be in place for 5 years. In the first half of 2024 and 2025, the revenue from the export of acetic acid products to the EU accounted for 3.50% and 1.27% of the overall revenue, respectively. The impact of this anti-dumping duty on the company's production and operation is relatively small. The company will increase its R&D efforts, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and expand sales markets outside the EU in order to mitigate the impact of the anti-dumping duty on the company.
