Dawa Intelligent's subsidiary guarantees progress: Haise Satellite guarantees 10 million for Wanjia Intelligence.

Fuzhou Dahua Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the progress of the company and its subsidiaries providing guarantees. Previously, the company had approved a proposal for its holding subsidiary, Haisei Satellite, to provide a guarantee of 100 million yuan to Wanjia Intelligent. Recently, Haisei Satellite signed a contract with Fuzhou Gulou Branch of Fujian Haixia Bank to provide Wanjia Intelligent with a credit line of 10 million yuan. After this guarantee, the total guarantee balance for Wanjia Intelligent will reach 20 million yuan, with a remaining available limit of 80 million yuan. Wanjia Intelligent has an asset-liability ratio of 33.71% and is not listed as a dishonest person who failed to execute a judgment. After this guarantee, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company and its holding subsidiaries accounts for 430.27% of the audited net assets attributable to the parent company at the end of 2024, and the total amount of external guarantees accounts for 121.35%, with no overdue or other bad guarantee situations.
