From 8 pm on September 23 to the whole day on the 24th, all construction sites, scenic spots, parks, and tourist boats will be closed. Ports, construction sites, etc., must strengthen their reinforcement and protection measures in advance. High-altitude advertisements with hidden dangers should be removed. All ferries, freight, passenger, water transport, and public transportation will be suspended. Sunken culverts, dangerous bridges, etc., will be temporarily closed. Takeaway delivery and courier services will be suspended. In addition to emergency and command vehicles, all other vehicles will stop transporting. Shopping malls, entertainment venues, restaurants, exhibition halls, farmer's markets, etc., will be closed. Outdoor group cultural and sports activities will be temporarily suspended.
