All ferries, freight, passenger, water transport, and public transportation will be suspended. Sunken culverts, dangerous bridges, etc., will be temporarily closed. Takeaway delivery and courier services will be suspended. In addition to emergency and command vehicles, all other vehicles will stop transporting.
