China Everbright Bank (06818.HK): Fully redeems 40 billion yuan of perpetual capital bonds with no fixed term.

Zhongtong Finance APP News, China Everbright Bank (06818.HK) announced that in September 2020, the bank issued RMB 40 billion of perpetual capital bonds. According to the relevant provisions of the prospectus for this bond issuance, the bonds have a conditional redemption right, and the issuer has the right to redeem all or part of the bonds on the fifth interest payment date of the bonds, which is September 22, 2025.
