Announcement: On September 23, 2025, the wholly-owned subsidiary Flypro Renyong applied for a 16.67 million yuan working capital loan from Huaxia Bank Shenzhen Branch, with a term of 3 years, for the purpose of borrowing new and repaying old debts, and pledging part of the accounts receivable. On the same day, Flypro signed a guarantee contract with the bank to provide joint and several liability guarantee for the loan. The guarantee amount for this guarantee has been approved, with a total amount guaranteed by the company and/or its subsidiaries to Flypro Renyong of 136.39.85 million yuan, and an available amount of 14.80.15 million yuan. As of the date of the announcement, the total amount guaranteed by the company and its controlling subsidiaries does not exceed 560 million yuan, with a guaranteed balance of 318.87.85 million yuan, accounting for 181.79% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024, without any overdue or adverse situations.
