Xiamen's land auction brings in over 8.1 billion yuan, with four local companies including Jianfa and Xiamen Metro sharing four plots of land.

Xiamen today auctioned 4 residential land parcels, with a total transaction amount of 8.125 billion yuan. These parcels were all won by local Xiamen enterprises at the base price. Among them, Xiangyu and Jimei Development Consortium won the Xinglin Bay area in Jimei District at a base price of 2.269 billion yuan, Xiamen Guomao won the Qianpu area in Siming District at a base price of 2.2 billion yuan, Jianfa won the Huli area in Huli District at a price of 2.038 billion yuan, and Xiamen Shengyuan Yongjia Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xiamen Metro, won the Songyu area in Haicang District at a price of 1.598 billion yuan.
