The event is jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Sichuan Provincial Government, with the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce and various city governments as organizers. During the consumption festival, Sichuan will coordinate 400 million yuan in funding to distribute "Comfortable Sichuan" coupons for dining, Sichuan liquor and tea, and tourism in Sichuan, mobilizing trade associations, businesses, and other entities to participate and carry out promotions such as coupon distribution, discounts, and sales, with benefits exceeding 1 billion yuan to ensure that the people can enjoy tangible and substantial benefits from consumption.
