Yibin Tianyuan Company's lawsuit final judgment: Hongguang Chemical pays over 15 million.

Yibin Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd. issued a progress announcement on the litigation of its subsidiary company Tianlan Chemicals. In November 2019, Tianlan Chemicals filed a lawsuit against Hongguang Chemicals for a contract dispute, which was accepted by the Yibin Intermediate People's Court. On November 23, 2023, the first instance judgment of the Yibin Intermediate People's Court ruled that Hongguang Chemicals should pay Tianlan Chemicals 15,583,604.32 yuan, and both parties did not appeal. On February 28, 2024, the Provincial High People's Court publicly held a court session, and on September 22, 2025, the Provincial High People's Court made a final judgment, dismissing the appeal and upholding the original judgment. The second instance case acceptance fee is 1,346,381 yuan, with Tianlan Chemicals bearing 161,676 yuan and Hongguang Chemicals bearing 1,184,705 yuan.
