In 2024, Jiangsu Benchuan Smart Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. signed a partnership agreement with professional investment institutions to jointly establish the Shenzhen Baoteng Fushun Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise. All partners collectively contributed 150 million yuan, with Benchuan Smart contributing 30 million yuan as a limited partner, accounting for 20%. As of the disclosure date of September 23, 2025, Baoteng Fushun has completed the second phase of funding, raising 45 million yuan. Benchuan Smart has paid 9 million yuan in the second phase. The company stated that it will understand the operation of the fund, supervise risk prevention, maintain fund security, and disclose follow-up developments in a timely manner according to regulations, reminding investors to be aware of risks.
