Fitch Ratings: Assigns A- Rating to Cheung Kong's proposed notes issuance (00001.HK)

On September 23, Fitch Ratings assigned a "A-" rating to the proposed issuance of notes by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (referred to as "CK Hutchison" 00001.HKA / - CreditWatch Positive). Fitch also placed the notes on CreditWatch Positive. The proposed senior unsecured notes will be issued by CK Hutchison International (25) Limited and guaranteed by CK Hutchison unconditionally and irrevocably, and will rank equally in repayment with the company's other senior unsecured borrowings. The issuer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CK Hutchison.
