The Hong Kong dollar interbank interest rates have risen again, with the one month interbank rate rising for the fourth day in a row to 3.91%, reaching a four-month high.

According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, on September 23, the Hong Kong Interbank Offered Rate (HIBOR) rose again, with the one-month HIBOR related to mortgage loans reaching 3.91107%, an increase of 29.797 basis points, marking a four-day consecutive increase and reaching a four-month high. The three-month HIBOR, reflecting the cost of bank funds, stood at 3.73881%, an increase of 18.107 basis points.
