Jiayuan Property Health: Luo Tingting appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board.

On September 23rd at noon, Jiayueye Health announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that executive director Luo Tingting has been appointed as the vice chairman of the board of directors, effective from September 23, 2025. Ms. Luo, 40 years old, has been serving as an executive director since October 22, 2024. She is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Jiayueye Group, responsible for the financial management of the group. Ms. Luo joined the Jiayueye Group in April 2011, and has held various positions such as General Manager of the Planning Financial Department and Assistant to the President of the Jiayueye Group.
