Jiayuan Health announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at noon on September 23 that the executive director, Luo Tingting, has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective from September 23, 2025. Ms. Luo, who is 40 years old, has been serving as an executive director since October 22, 2024. She is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Jiayuan Group, mainly responsible for financial management. Ms. Luo joined Jiayuan Group in April 2011, and has held positions such as General Manager of Jiayuan Group's Planning and Finance Department and Assistant to the President.
