Solana Treasury Corp DeFi Development Corp. (Nasdaq: DFDV) announced a strategic partnership with 0G Treasury Corp ZeroStack as part of this collaboration, the company participated in private placements of Flora Growth Corp. (Nasdaq stock code: FLGC). The company is expected to be renamed ZeroStack and will exchange SOL for convertible bonds through physical investment. In addition, the company has also signed an agreement to provide asset management, accounting/financial support, and technical services to ZeroStack. Furthermore, the company has acquired equity in ZeroStack.

Newly established Strive plans to acquire Semler Scientific. The transaction will merge two publicly traded Bitcoin financial companies. In this all-stock deal, Strive will acquire Semler's stock at a price of approximately $90.52 per share, representing a premium of over 200% from its closing price of $29.18 last Friday. After the merger, the two companies will collectively hold nearly 11,000 bitcoins. Following the completion of the transaction, the management and board of directors of Strive will continue to serve, with Eric Semler, the Chairman of Semler Scientific, expected to join the board of the merged company.

ETHZilla (NASDAQ stock code: ETHZ) announced a collaboration with existing convertible bond investors to raise an additional $3.5 billion through the issuance of new convertible bonds. The new bonds will have an annual interest rate of 2%. ETHZilla will receive excess interest income of approximately $500 million from the total interest-bearing securities portfolio. ETHZilla will continue to actively deploy capital in the Ethereum ecosystem, in addition to holding ETH, the company also generates cash flow by deploying cash balances into Layer 2 protocols, investing in US Treasury bonds and commercial paper, and exploring the tokenization of real-world assets. As of September 19, 2025, ETHZilla holds a total of 102,264 ETH and ETH equivalents worth approximately $462 million.

Strategy increased its holdings by 850 Bitcoins last week at an average purchase price of approximately $117,344 per Bitcoin, realizing a BTC return of 26.0% year-to-date in 2025. As of September 21st, 2025, it holds 639,835 BTC purchased at an average price of about $73,971 per Bitcoin for a total cost of approximately $473.3 billion.
