Shanghai Frightech Technology Co., Ltd. plans to sign a "Strategic Frontier Special Project Task Contract" with the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, leading a research project on "Methane Carbon Direct Conversion to Green Methanol Key Technology and Pilot Scale Verification" with multiple units including East China University of Science and Technology. The goal of the project is to break through relevant integrated technologies and achieve pilot scale verification of thousands of tons. The company and the participating research units are expected to receive special funding of no more than 34.52 million RMB. However, the task contract has not been signed, and the project faces uncertainties such as technological research and development progress, industrialization progress, and funding amount. The company will handle funds and disclose progress in accordance with regulations and remind investors to pay attention to risks.
