As one of the founding members of the Oracle Cloud engineering team, Magouyrk led the design, implementation, and commercial success of OCI's second-generation platform. Under his leadership, OCI achieved unprecedented growth and has become the preferred platform for AI training and inference. Mike Sicilia has deep expertise in vertical domain applications and applied AI. His engineering team was the first to use intent-based application generation technology to build Oracle applications instead of traditional coding methods. His team also integrated highly complex AI agents into Oracle's application suites for industries such as healthcare, banking, communications, utilities, hospitality, and retail. Oracle Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison stated that both Clay and Mike are proven outstanding leaders, and he looks forward to working alongside them in the future. The future of Oracle looks bright.
