The Federal Reserve's Williams temporarily cancels speech at BIS Network Seminar scheduled for Monday.
According to a notice released on the official website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, New York Fed President Williams has canceled his participation in a webinar jointly organized by the Bank for International Settlements scheduled for Monday morning. Williams's upcoming public speaking schedule will proceed as planned, including an event on Thursday morning at the New York Fed, as well as public appearances in Rochester, New York and Amsterdam, next week. Despite Williams's absence, the schedule for speeches by Federal Reserve officials on Monday remains busy. At 10:00 Eastern Time, Mousalem will deliver a speech, and additionally, Hamak, Barkin, and Milan are all scheduled to speak today.
