Chuangli Group Announcement: Director and Vice General Manager Geng Weidong holds 17.9881 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.78% of the total share capital. It is planned to reduce the holdings by no more than 4.497 million shares through centralized bidding from October 23, 2025, to January 20, 2026, which is not more than 0.6956% of the total share capital. Additionally, the total number of shares sold continuously for any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total company's shares, and the selling price will be determined based on market conditions.
