If the fund manager sets up two funds, the company's contribution ratio to a single special fund shall not exceed 50%, and the overall contribution amount shall not exceed 500 million yuan. The specific investment amount of each fund shall be approved by the project team and the company's management before implementation, and the project team shall be responsible for completing subsequent tasks such as signing agreements, establishing fund contributions, and filing records. The special fund intends to invest in Super Fusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
