Hong Kong Prosperity International (00480) intends to sell all equity interests of Paylite Limited for HK$180 million.

The Zhitong Finance APP News reported that Hong Kong Xingye International (00480) announced on September 22, 2025 that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Dreamy Investments Limited, intends to sell all issued shares and outstanding loans of Pleasantness Limited to Huazhan Investment Limited for a total consideration of HK$180 million (subject to adjustments).
