Sai Microelectronics announced that the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the company's shares, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 6.3481 million shares from July 30, 2025 to September 22, 2025 through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.87% of the company's total share capital. The shareholding ratio will decrease from 7.82% to 6.95%, touching a multiple of 1%. This reduction will not result in a change in the company's control, and will not have a significant impact on the continued operations.
