Dao Tong Technology: Intends to transfer 46% equity of Sai Fang Technology at a price of 109 million yuan.

DoTong Technology announcement, the company plans to transfer its holdings of 34.50%, 11%, and 0.50% of SafeGuard Technology to the newly established employee stock platform of 7Seal Technologies, Daohetongliao, and Mr. Zhao Guanjie, totaling 46% of the shares. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any shares of SafeGuard Technology. The transfer price of this transaction is determined based on the evaluation results and mutual agreement, totaling 109 million RMB, all to be paid in cash.
