Yitai B shares announced that the company and Yitai Group plan to increase the registered capital of Yitai Yili Energy Co., Ltd. by a total of 3.10865 billion yuan according to their respective shareholding ratios. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Yili Energy will increase from 3.84 billion yuan to 6.94865 billion yuan, with the company subscribing for 2.804 billion yuan and Yitai Group for 0.30465 billion yuan. This capital increase is proportionate, and the shareholding ratios of both parties remain unchanged before and after the increase. This related party transaction does not require approval by the shareholders' meeting.
