Intelligence Financial News APP, China Minmetals Real Estate (00230) announced that on September 22, 2025, CD Xiangkuang (indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into fund collection agreements with Shengshi Guangye (indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, holding 51% equity interest in CD Xiangkuang) and Xiangcheng Yingchuang (owner of 49% equity interest in CD Xiangkuang), respectively. According to the agreements, CD Xiangkuang agreed to collect unsecured interest-free funds from Shengshi Guangye and Xiangcheng Yingchuang in accordance with the same terms and conditions, in amounts of RMB 28,941,751.93 and RMB 27,806,781.27 respectively, based on their respective shareholding proportions in CD Xiangkuang.
