Qianjin Pharmaceutical announced that the company plans to purchase 28.92% of the equity of Hunan Qianjin Xiangjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and 68.00% of the equity of Hunan Qianjin Xieluo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, with a transaction price of 623 million yuan.
